FBC Day School

First Baptist Day School is licensed by the State of Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning under the Bright from the Start Program and serves children from six weeks old through Pre-Kindergarten. The Day School is a child-oriented, teacher-directed atmosphere in which each child is given the opportunity in a Christian environment to develop to his greatest potential.  We strive to instill Christian principles by providing children with the conditions to promote spiritual, social, cognitive, emotional, and physical growth.  Our staff is made up of dedicated individuals who love children and love to teach.  We believe that each child is unique, and through love and encouragement, all children will find joy and satisfaction in their work and play.

The Day School hours are 7:00 a.m. through 6:00 p.m., Mondays through Fridays, January through December.  Major holidays are observed.  A morning snack, lunch, and an afternoon snack are served daily and included with tuition. Each class has a teacher and at least one assistant.

Each week, children are loved, taught, and challenged to develop as God has planned.  We strive to provide an environment that is clean, safe, and a fun place to learn and grow.  Our classrooms are equipped for hands-on learning.  The curriculum is selected to guide children toward developmentally appropriate learning.  In addition to our regular curriculum, we have a weekly Music teacher for all classes and a Physical Education Teacher for our Two-Year-Old through Pre-K classes.

We welcome children from throughout our community.
