December 7- 11:00 AM Family Christmas Program The Music Ministry is buzzing with Christmas activity… That’s right; preparations begin months ahead of time for all our musicians, from preschoolers all through adults!
Sunday, December 7th at 11:00 AM is the annual Family Christmas Worship. This is always a celebrative kickoff to the Christmas/Advent season. All three children’s choirs, preschool through fifth grades, are working weekly on the music each of their groups will sing. In addition, the Children’s Beginning Handchime Choir will ring for the first time this year.
In addition to our children, the Sonlight Youth Choir will present two great anthems – Do You Hear What I Hear? and The Virgin Mary Had a Baby Boy. The Sanctuary Ringers (adults) will also play an arrangement of a traditional carol.
This is a festive occasion you will not want to miss as we begin the absolutely most wonderful time of the year at First Baptist Gainesville!
