GriefShare is a special weekly seminar/support group for people grieving the death of someone close. It's a place where you can be around people who understand how you feel and the pain of your loss. At GriefShare, you'll learn valuable information that will help you through this difficult time in your life.

The loss of a loved one is a traumatic experience that effects individuals in various ways.  No two individuals react exactly the same way, although many individuals often experience some similar reactions.

The goals of the GriefShare program are to help individuals recognize the aspects of grief they are experiencing and to assist in working through these.  Almost every session we conduct begins with a professionally prepared 30 minute video which discusses many types of loss.  This is followed by a group discussion of the messages in the video, their applicability to the group members, and experiences of the members between sessions or during their time of grief.

GriefShare is a friendly, caring group of people who will walk alongside you through one of life's most difficult experiences. You don't need to go through the grieving process alone. Please join us.

We meet on Wednesday Nights at 6:00pm in Room 205.
